An introduction to the C4DI Beta Satellite programme followed by an overview of the current technological landscape. The introduction will delve into emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in leveraging digital technologies for business growth.

11:00 Maximising Sales Online

Delivered by C4DI Member, TH3 Design

An exploration of digital strategies for maximising online sales, looking at their impact within the business landscape. Exploring real-world examples and case studies showcasing successful approaches to boosting sales online. Emphasising the transformative effects and advantages gained through these sales optimisation strategies. An interactive session designed to illustrate potential techniques specific to attendees’ businesses.

12:00 Discussion and questions

An opportunity for a discussion with C4DI and other local businesses about the opportunities and challenges of websites.

12:30 Digital Readiness Audit

An introduction to the Digital Readiness audit. This self-assessment serves as a tool to gauge your current technological capabilities and readiness for embracing digital strategies.

13:00 Further support

Business Support Officers from North Yorkshire Council and York & North Yorkshire Growth Hub will be on hand afterwards to meet with any businesses looking for further support. Officers can support businesses with their innovation needs, accessing funding and providing guidance on all aspects of running and growing a business.

About this programme

Having successfully been awarded funding from the UK Government’s Digital Growth Grant, C4DI are expanding their support of North Yorkshire businesses, through the C4DI Beta Satellite Programme.

What does the programme include?

The programme has a clear emphasis on growth within the digital sector, through ongoing connectivity, advice and guidance, including:

• Digital readiness audits of each participating business.
• Workshops and networking events in each area.
• Digital Champions from within the C4DI community offering one to one support.
• Access to North Yorkshire Council’s Digital Apprenticeship Wage Subsidy Grant.

Who is eligible for the programme?

• Traditional businesses looking for support with digital acceleration.
• Digital businesses looking for access to supply chains and new work opportunities.
• Businesses must be located in the constituency area of Scarborough and Whitby.
