The second of two workshops, hosted by Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre and Craven District Council, addressing the age-old problem of increasing sales volume and helping small businesses ‘up’ their sales game.
About this event
Do you struggle with the sales function of your business? Do you need help to understand how you can attract customers and increase your sales?
This sales masterclass, which is comprised of two in-person workshops, is designed for small businesses who want to ‘up’ their sales game and will help you to improve your approach to attracting more customers and making more sales.
With this second workshop, you will gain an understanding of what feeds into the sales planning process. You will be able to break down the sales targets for your business into realistic 90 day targets, and will see how a six-week sprint approach can help to meet sales targets in an efficient and effective way.
Sales expert Paula Richardson of SmartBee Business will work with you during the session, guiding and supporting you and providing insight into how to convert sales and attract customers.
In this session, you will learn about:
- Sales planning and mapping a process
- Why 90 day plans work and how to map them out
- What is a six-week sprint and to use this in your planning
