Sales Masterclass Part 1: Your Sales Engine

The first of two masterclasses, hosted by Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre and Craven District Council, addressing the age-old problem of increasing sales volume and helping small businesses ‘up’ their sales game.
About this event
Do you struggle with the sales function of your business? Do you need help to understand how you can attract customers and increase your sales?
This sales masterclass, which is comprised of two in-person workshops, is designed for small businesses who want to ‘up’ their sales game and will help you to improve your approach to attracting more customers and making more sales.
With this first workshop, you will learn about all the elements that should be included for an integrated “Sales Engine” within your business. By the end of the session, you will be able to audit your own business, identify gaps in any of the elements and know what is needed to close those gaps. You will also be able to analyse your own personal approach to sales and identify if you need further training or development in this area.
Sales expert Paula Richardson of SmartBee Business will work with you during the session, guiding and supporting you and providing insight into how to convert sales and attract customers.

- Acquisition of customers
- Selling to customers
- Processes and management around sales and sales activity
