Tracey Flannery is a Learning & Development Consultant with Pro-Development (UK) Limited, based in Yorkshire providing support in all aspects of employee engagement and people development. Tracey is an enthusiastic strategic business leader with a passion for nurturing, finding solutions and developing people and teams. She works at all levels up to Board/Director level, is commercially astute, has experience delivering a variety of engaging facilitated sessions and is an experienced coach and mentor. Tracey’s experience includes 14 years incubating science, technology, creative, media and IT businesses. She has achieved The Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
