Moving to net-zero can offer significant benefits to your business – helping you save money, increase profits, and open new markets – and York and North Yorkshire LEP want to ensure every business has the right tools to make the move. Our Net-Zero Business Toolkit aims to make sustainability simple and accessible, but if you’ve got any questions on what it is, how it works, or how to get started, we’re also running these support sessions to help you get the answers!
The sessions are run on a drop-in basis, so you’re welcome to pop in for 20 minutes or the whole thing, depending on what suits you. These sessions are suitable for businesses of all sectors and sizes looking to find out more about net-zero and how they can incorporate it within their business.
These sessions, run by our Circular Economy Officer, Erin Wheeler, will offer:
- Live demonstrations of the toolkit, including the future-planning tool
- Troubleshooting and adapting the toolkit to your business needs
- More in-depth information on the concepts covered in the toolkit, like energy efficiency and circular economy
- The chance to meet and chat with other SMEs looking to become more sustainable
