Menopause Wellbeing in the Workplace : York Business Support Programme

This fully-funded workshop held in York will look at the menopause and its impact on the people in your business, with suggestions of simple workplace adjustments to support staff experiencing menopause. Delivered by Sally Duffin of ‘Nutrition in York’

What does the programme deliver?

Are you a business owner who needs to understand more about the menopause?  Maybe you’re experiencing it yourself, or you have staff who need support?  With 1 in 10 women quitting work because of menopausal symptoms, business owners cannot afford to ignore the impact menopause has on workplace performance and staff wellbeing.

This 90-minute workshop will explore:

  • The different phases of menopause
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance for managing symptoms
  • Simple workplace adjustments to support staff experiencing menopause
  • Q&A

About the speaker

Sally Duffin is a health writer, speaker, and registered nutritionist with 20+ years experience in the natural health industry.  She ran her private nutrition clinic in York for over a decade and is the author of ‘Natural Nutrition for Perimenopause: What to eat to feel good and stay sane’.  Sally is passionate about raising awareness of the positive impact nutrition and lifestyle medicine can have on perimenopause and menopause, and is renowned for her engaging and informative talks.  She is also going through perimenopause herself and knows just how rough it can be!
