Holding onto customers can be significantly cheaper and much more cost effective for a business than to keep acquiring new customers – but it’s probably easier said than done. We’re creatures of habit – shopping in the same supermarket, probably buying the same basket of shopping each week – so how can we create a culture with our customers where our product or service becomes a “habit”? Brought to you in partnership with CDI Alliance, experts in business support and coaching, this interactive masterclass will look at ways to retain your customers and become part of their ‘habits’. The session will provide practical steps you can take to hold on to customers and use the information that they provide to grow your business. For businesses looking to maximise the value of their customer relationships, this webinar will provide you with useful tips that will benefit you at any stage in your business journey.

During the webinar, you will learn:

  • the benefits of having a customer retention strategy
  • the different ways of segmenting an audience
  • 10 top tactics for customer retention
