About this event

This event is all about looking at your customer touchpoints to understand how to convert marketing and communication into sales and customer loyalty.

This will be an interactive workshop, delivered as part of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Business Resilience Programme, with the aim to unpack your customer journey and identify ways to get more from the time and investment you make in customer communications.

After signing up, you will be contacted by a LEP Business Growth Manager, who will ask you about your business needs to help you get the most out of their programme.
