As part of a day of activities at the Guildhall, this interactive session with Ian Sadler of Insight6 is aimed at retail and visitor economy businesses. The workshop will provide motivational and practical help to businesses looking to retain existing customers, gain new customers, and sell more.
Why Should You Attend?
Are you an ambitious and passionate Business Owner, Managing Director, or Marketing Director, who often says you have a good business and good people, but you get:
- Frustrated as the team is not always delivering to the standards set
- Concerned as you need to retain and gain more customers
- Anxious as face to face, phone interactions and web enquires are handled well with existing and potential customers, but you are missing out on money, as opportunities in failing to convert that business
If any of the above resonates with you, then we would love to see you at this event.
What can you expect?
The workshop will look at stage 1 of the ICX6 Customer Experience Model “Inspire” where you are provided time out of your business to plan, prepare and think about what your customers and your team see, feel and hear NOW in your business, to then look at what they will see, feel and hear in the FUTURE.
If you deliver a good to great Customer Experience now, what plans do you have in place to keep improving in the future?
You will go away with ideas and thoughts on how to keep improving, which helps you to stay ahead of your competitors.
