About the speaker

Sarah Percy has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, working as a Hospital Specialist, Regional Business Leader and National Training Manager.

She also has over 10 years experience delivering Customer Experience training and business insights to a wide range of clients across many sectors.

Sarah is passionate about training and coaching your teams to enable them to deliver to full their potential. She looks at current behaviours and sees how they can be enhanced to deliver exceptional customer experience and sales results. She will undertake a full training needs analysis before embarking on any training to ensure the correct activities are prioritised.

Her specialist areas of training are the selling model, customer experience, objection handling and understanding people.
