This webinar will help you to gain a clear understanding of mental health and the difference between good and low mental wellbeing. It will also give you the tools needed to understand how to use a self – care assessment to identify any areas of your life where you can increase activities that will reduce the impact of stress, manage the thoughts and feelings triggered by extreme and unwelcome change and know how to identify and implement helpful daily structures.
In this one-hour webinar, you will learn:
- To identify your current level of mental wellbeing
- Some practical tools to help build positive habits and behaviours that will improve wellbeing and resilience
- How to use a self-care assessment
