Free leadership webinars for businesses
Managers are invited to a series of free leadership webinars to help their teams during Covid-19.
We are offering four webinars, which aim to address workplace challenges created by the pandemic.
Andrew Raby, York & North Yorkshire Growth Hub manager, said: “Engaging a virtual team takes extra effort to cultivate a supportive environment where people feel connected and are able to flourish. However, Covid-19 has caused unprecedented changes to the way in which many of us work, with minimal time for leadership teams and employees to prepare.”

The Growth Hub has teamed up with Michelle Mook of Pro-Development (UK) Limited to deliver the webinars. Her business works with small and medium-sized enterprises to get the best out of their staff.
Andrew added: “During this series of one-hour webinars, Michelle will be taking us through ways in which we lead our people in these challenging times. She will provide insights into what engages a team and how to bring out the very best in each and every one of them to help individuals, teams and the business flourish.”
The webinars are:
• Engaging your virtual team – Wednesday 15 July, 12.15pm-1.15pm
• Leading through Change and Adversity – Wednesday 22 July, 12.15pm-1.15pm
• Leading your team into Recovery – Wednesday 29 July, 12.15pm-1.15pm
• Leading with Purpose – Wednesday 5 August, 12.15pm-1.15pm
Full details of all our webinars and how to register can be found at our events page.
These webinars are delivered in partnership with Make it York and North Yorkshire County Council.
